The initiative of promoting entrepreneurship – aims to improve skills of entrepreneurs of Kaunas district using created infrastructure of the network of institutions for services for business and preparing to administrate and use support of EU structural funds. The aim was implemented by creating three methodologies for preparing business plans: business plan for the starting entrepreneurs; business plan for bank loans and risk (investment) funds; business plan as complex part of application for Structural funds;

Competence development projects in preparation for drafting EU's financial assistance – dedicated to Lithuanian business incubators and science technological parks staff and representatives of SMEs. Its aim –is to support business development in Lithuania promoting economic and social cohesion and preparing to administrate and use EU structural funds and 6 FP, developing competence of business incubators and technological parks staff and SMEs representatives for the initiation, development and management of projects;

School of entrepreneurship – dedicated to foster the newly established and young enterprises to cultivate busily innovations using their creative potential. The project was led in form of a tournament of ideas of innovative business.
