About KTC

KTU regional Science Park (KTC) is a public institution and the only one institution in Lithuanian that has both business incubator and innovation centre.

KTC was stablished in 1998 with an intention to increase an efficiency of research and development (R&D) activities at the Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) and Kaunas region. KTC has more than five years of experien­ce in assisting and supporting innovative and technology-oriented SMEs, start-up and spin-off companies in Kaunas region and Lithuania. KTC’s services include business and technology transfer consultancy, technical-administrative services, organisation of workshops and training courses for entrepreneurs, access to laboratories of Kaunas University of Technology.

• Support innovative and technology-oriented small and medium businesses in Kaunas and other regions of Lithuania.
• Stimulate the technology transfer processes from science to industry

• Stimulate development of SMEs’ in Lithuania;
• Create a favourable business environment for start-ups;
• Produce businesses that are viable and free-standing when they leave the incubator;
• Stimulate an entrepreneurship in high-tech sector;
• Stimulate creation of new businesses and jobs, etc.
